The Sepang Asia LMS E-Sports Endurance Race was an event organized by RaceRoom Malaysia, directly at the Sepang International Circuit. It was held alongside the 4 hours of Sepang of the Asia Le Mans Series, on February 4th. In the leaderboard session, more than 200 spectators, racing team’s crews, real racers and simracers participated, including Asian racing drivers Mikko Nässi, Mitchell Gilbert, Alif Hamdan, Douglas Khoo and Dominic Ang – but the fastest was Andika Rama Maulana, who travelled all the way from Indonesia to participate.

In the team endurance race, he had no luck though, as his team Kucing Terbang Motorsport suffered technical issues. Other casualties included the Kai Ady-One Racing Team, whose simulator was blacked out after Zulhusni from MAZ Motorsports accidentally kicked the power outlet. MAZ Motorsports was given a penalty.

The win went to SIMFAI Motorsports though – the pairing of Aiman Haziq, Taufiq Mohyin and Irbrahiim Zaidi proved to be too strong. Love Livers! Malaysia Motorsport (Ayman Aqeem Abas, Amir Haziq, Antar Bhuiyan) and IMS eMotorsport (Ikhmal Fadzil, Sim Kai Wern, Mior Muhammad Hafiz) rounded out the podium. Right after the race, podium winners rushing to the Grandstand’s podium as the announcer announced the winners of each categories including the e-Sports Category.
